Sitting on a 7000 acre high-country station, the villa looks out over Lake Hāwea — with rugged and steep mountain ranges climbing straight out of the lake’s shores on all sides.

To create unity with the surrounding topography, the design of the villa is directly inspired by these mountains — the lake facing and rear façades mimicking the mountains with jagged geometric cornices of different heights. From above the lines of the copper finished roof appears as the contours of a flowing river, hugging the curves of the surrounding hills. The interior is finished with clean polished concrete and the superlative decoration The Lindis Group has become known for.

Internally, the four suites are the epitome of luxury with super king-size beds; each with an ensuite, the latest in interior furnishings and incredible views. The villa also features a state of the art kitchen (with a personal chef service), a media room, spa pool, several spacious entertaining areas, and an in floor gas fire pyramid, making it the ideal getaway for families, friends, or small work groups to soak in each other’s company.
